Mnemosyne is operated by One Village LLC. Access tiers, device limits, and cloud sync availability are governed by the active account entitlement.

The Vercel-hosted portal is an interim hosted surface for marketing, account confirmation, and intake workflows. Glue, the daemon, and durable Mnemosyne backend services remain separate runtime concerns.
